1. General
Garbwerx produces handcrafted leather goods made in small batches or as
limited editions. Due to the handmade nature of our work, slight variations in
color, texture, stitching, and finish are normal and are not considered
defects.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without
prior notice.
2. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is required in full at the
time of purchase.
Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed. We
reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including
but not limited to cases of suspected fraud or inventory errors.
3. Production Time
For Garbwerx items which are custom/bespoke/made to order, production times vary and will be communicated at the time of purchase or in your order confirmation.
Estimated timelines are not guarantees. Delays may occur due to material
availability, workload, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping
Shipping costs and methods are selected at checkout. Once an order has
shipped, Garbwerx is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the
shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is
accurate. Garbwerx is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly
provided addresses.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges will only be considered, at our discretion, if an item arrives with a clear defect or error caused by Garbwerx. Any issues must be reported to us via email within 7 days of delivery, including photos and order details.
Normal wear, aging, and patina of leather are not considered defects. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for:
• Custom/Bespoke items
• Items listed as On Sale
• Honey's Latherwerx soaps
Customer is responsible for return & exchange shipping costs. Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
6. Cancellations
Custom/bespoke orders may be canceled only before production has begun. Once production starts, cancellations are not accepted.
Orders for limited edition and numbered items cannot be canceled once confirmed.
7. Care & Use
Leather is a natural material that will change over time. Proper care is the
responsibility of the customer. Garbwerx is not responsible for damage caused
by misuse, neglect, exposure to excessive moisture, heat, chemicals, etc.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, product names, descriptions, images, and branding associated
with Garbwerx are the property of Garbwerx and may not be copied, reproduced,
or used without permission.
9. Liability
Garbwerx is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential
damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the
item in question.
