Shipping Policy
Processing Times:
• Ready to Ship & Honey's Latherwerx: Usually shipped within 1-3 business days
• Custom/Made to Order: Processing time varies based on project complexity and current workload, but most orders will be completed within a couple of weeks. More specific estimations can be provided when discussing your bespoke order through email or Instagram DM.
Shipping Rates & Delivery:
• Standard Shipping: Flat rate per order, depending upon your selection of USPS Ground or Priority at checkout
• Transit Time: Typically 1-5 business days after your order ships
• International shipping is currently unavailable
Orders over $150 are shipped on us using code SHIPFREE at checkout!
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email. Garbwerx is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, but we’ll do our best to assist if any issues arise.
If you see an item listed that is close to what you'd like but needs adjustments in color, size, etc, please reach out directly and we'll work with you to craft exactly what you're looking for!
Lifetime Guarantee
At Garbwerx, we craft every piece with the expectation that it will stand the test of time, and we back our leather goods with a lifetime guarantee. If your Garb ever fails due to craftsmanship or material defects we'll repair or replace it at no cost to you. This guarantee doesn't cover:
• Normal Wear and Tear
• Damage due to Accidents, Misuse, Neglect, or User Modifications
• Exposure to Damaging Elements (excessive moisture, heat, chemicals, etc)
Leather is a natural material which develops character over time, but it requires periodic care to maintain its strength and appearance. Regularly clean, condition, and protect your leather goods to keep them supple and resillient.

Soap Compliance & Regulatory Policy
Honey’s Latherwerx soaps are traditional, handcrafted soaps using natural ingredients like oils, lye, and water. Our products are designed solely for cleansing purposes and do not contain synthetic detergents or make cosmetic claims. As such, they are classified as “true soaps” and are regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) under the Federal Hazardous Substances Act (FHSA).
What This Means:
- Our soaps are designed solely for cleansing and contain no synthetic detergents
- We do not make cosmetic or therapeutic claims about skin benefits. Any descriptions refer solely to scent, lather, and user experience rather than effects on the skin
- Ingredient lists are provided for transparency, but our soaps are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any skin conditions
Usage & Safety:
- For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes
- Discontinue use if irritation occurs
- To extend the life of your soap, keep it dry between uses
Due to sanitary and safety concerns, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted for soaps, including for alleries, sensitivity or skin reactions - please review the ingredient list for your soap carefully prior to completing check out. By purchasing our soaps, you acknowledge that as a handcrafted product, variations in color, shape, and scent are possible as a natural result of the soapmaking process.
